Three words – easy, simple, and magical! That’s exactly how I could describe Erin and Levi’s maternity shoot. Surprisingly, we had just wrapped up my sisters wedding that same weekend with both Erin and I being in the wedding party. Although a little tired, we couldn’t help but get a maternity session before they had to fly back to Kansas. I did not want to miss the chance to being graced the honor of documenting her 3rd maternity. Can we say – hot mama?? The air was the perfect shade of gray, allowing for a cool breeze as a special add in. It was a nice little perk for Erin, as it was a hot weekend here in AZ for the month of April. Erin requested a dark and moody toning session on her photo’s so I went a little different than I usually do – which tends to be more on the bright and airy side of my editing style. I really enjoyed the challenge and really love the tone it set. What do you think??
The photo shoot was done at the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert, AZ which is always my go to if you’re looking for a beautiful surrounding that doesn’t ask for too much from you on your photo shoot day.
